Blockchain Centre is proud to support social enterprises who help to make our world a better place to live in. Our current social enterprise partnerships include The Big Umbrella Foundation and Monochrome Coffee co. The Big Umbrella Foundation are an amazing organisation who do so much to help homeless people on the streets of Melbourne but also have helped thousands of street children in Nepal. See below to read about the work they do and if you’d like to help, please send them a donation. All donations are tax deductible.

As an NGO based in Australia, The Big Umbrella Foundation works locally and abroad to address issues impacting on marginalised people, including those affected by human rights abuses, exploitation, forced labour and homelessness. The Big Umbrella is 100% run by volunteers.

We love coffee at Blockchain Centre and all our co working members have access to free coffee which we buy from Monochrome Coffee Co.
Monochrome Coffee Co. is a social enterprise coffee company. We’re socially-minded coffee snobs, out to empower people to change the world now.
The world around us is shaped by the decisions we make as individuals. How you treat people, what you do with your time, and where you spend your hard-earned coin has a big impact.
You don’t always know the impact you’re going to have on the world so we want to make sure you’re empowered in your choices. Not only are our beans organic and bought from small-holder coffee farmers, but MCco.’s profits fund programs in Tanzania through our parent organisation. Each program is designed to empower youth to live extraordinary lives and be leaders in their communities.
